Service details, pricing, and timelines are outlined in individual client agreements or proposals.
Quotes & Estimates
Quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated. Changes to project scope may result in additional charges.
Payments
Invoices are due according to the payment schedule stated in your proposal or invoice. Late payments may delay work or result in suspension of services.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients own the final deliverables after full payment. TECH +Design Co. retains ownership of internal tools, templates, processes, and pre-existing materials.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide requested content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays may affect project timelines.
Website Content
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to all text, images, logos, videos, and other materials provided for use in their websites.
Third-Party Services
Projects may use third-party platforms or services. Their availability, pricing, and policies are outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TECH + Design Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project according to the applicable service agreement. Fees for work completed remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
